Adina was founded in 1971 by Australian watchmaker and current managing director Robert ‘Bob’ Menzies. A determined businessman, Bob had a dream to create a watch capable of withstanding the rigours of the Australian lifestyle, built right here in Brisbane.
After months travelling the world sourcing premium components and advanced technology, Bob returned home to begin assembling his first watch collection. In a small storeroom in his family home, he designed and crafted each watch by hand, painstakingly ensuring the quality through an ever-fixed eyeglass.
This attention to detail and culture of hard work remains at the core of Adina’s business today. Adina now remains with unicorn status, designing and assembling its complete watch collection in Australia.

Love our new Adina wall clock. We had our last Adina wall clock for 40 years. It never missed a beat. The only time it stopped in 40 years was to change battery. Always displayed the correct time, in all those years. Sadly last week it stopped for the very last time. This clock held a lot of sentimental value

I have an Oris Divers watch that needed extensive repair. I approached every watch repair and Swiss watch reseller in Brisbane, and Adina were the only people who would even look at it to quote. They completely overhauled the timepiece and took care of everything. Great job and so easy to deal with.

I bought my son an Adina watch some 20+ years ago. He recently broke the stainless strap at work. His fault not the watches. I Google Adina, found their phone number and rang to see if they by chance had a replacement strap. Guy who answered the phone was the MD. Asked me the model and he said straight away he still had stock. So quickly he didn't have time to use a computer to check. Week later strap arrived in the post after organising payment. Pretty good service for an old watch. Awesome company.

I find from experienced Adina clocks and watches are very accurate time keepers. In fact I own a few wall clocks and a wrist watch. A testament to my trust in the brand. And the quality and attention to detail that goes into the making of Adina. Well and truly well worth an investment. The other bonus is it is Australian made in Brisbane Qld. Superior customer service by an enduring Australian company! When my family said "get a bombproof watch, you keep breaking them", the Adina Workmaster was an obvious choice. The exceptional bit was that @Grant Menzies not only tracked me down a specific model (with offset crown) from interstate, he agreed to swap out the band & hands to my preference, at no cost. Wow!

I have a large collection of watches , including some very high priced brands . A month ago I bought an Adina amphibian, which is now my favourite watch . Very clear day and date ,( with out the need for magnification ) , crystal clear watch face and very well made . This is the watch I didn't know I was looking for ! Hand made and family owned business and they are doing a phenomenal job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and reliable watch .

Excellent watch. I am very pleased with my purchase. I purchased an Amphibian Watch in late March 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Adina made me the watch I wanted even though it was not on their website. Shipping from Australia to northern California was prompt receiving it in about 10 days. Watch was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Love the colors: orange bezel, black dial, and orange strap. Love the screwed down crown. Love the quality. Loved the service provided to me by Adina watches. The watch is very handsome. Love it. Please consider buying a watch from Adina. You will not be disappointed.

I had a problem with the expanding bracelet on my Adina Countrymaster watch and I couldn’t find a permanent solution. The watch was 3 years old.I contacted Adina and the manager,Mr.Grant Menzies,took the matter in hand.I posted the watch to Brisbane,from Adelaide,and it was back to me,repaired,within 7 days.I covered the costs of postage and repair and it was worth it,because I got quick,efficient service. I would definitely use Adina’s repair service again,if needed.

Purchased the Amphibian Vintage Sports Watch with the green dial. The watch is a stunner in the flesh (the dial has a sunburst effect). It has a sapphire crystal, a quality Ronda quartz movement and is perfectly sized (40mm diameter); it also has great build quality. There’s little doubt that Adina offers outstanding value for money. More people should know about this amazing Australian watch company, which is turning 50 in 2021.

The whole process was easy to use and arrived quickly from the date of purchase. Lauren took my engraving information over the phone and was awesome to communicate with. The addition of being able to have it engraved all in the one transaction, while paying a little extra was stress off my mind. My partner loves his new watch, although I will need to have a few links taken out but that’s nothing in comparison to the stress the entire encounter has taken off my shoulders and he is proudly wearing it regardless! I can’t thank Adina Watches and staff enough and the added bonus of being an Australian company is just awesome!! Would highly recommend and will continue to share my experience far and wide! I have recently acquired a beautiful watch from Adina Watches. The customer service was incredible. I was assisted by Lauren who made the decision making such an easy process. I have not worn a proper watch since I was a child basically so I didn't really know where to start! There were so many gorgeous watches to choose from but Lauren found the perfect one for me. It was as if she had known me for years!! She knew exactly what I would like. Excellent, personalised service. I was also very impressed with the engraving as I did not know that this service was offered. What a fantastic bonus! My watch is lovely and will never go out of style. Absolutely the best service I have received for a long time. I sent my watch blind to the H.O. and the principal Bob phoned me to give me a complete breakdown of what was needed to refurbish the watch and how much it would cost (he forgot the postage bit lol) I gave the go ahead and within a couple days the job was done and the invoice sent, I paid and 2 working days later I'm wearing it. It looks as good as new even though it's 15-16 years old and has been buried in wet concrete and retrieved rinsed and apart from a few minor scratches it kept going however one time the crown was not screwed down and moisture got in, so off it went to Bob and crew. Worth every penny. I value this watch as much as my Rolex.

All I can say is that Adina watches are THE BEST. I had Adina amphibian before but unfortunately I lost it. I was devastated. So this is my second purchase. I love, love Adina. Great quality. Was always thinking why people buying so extremely expensive watches that they are even made here. Adina watches are much better than most of other brands and don't cost fortune. I was impressed by the friendly customer service from the Adina team. They provided timely advice and help for the personalisation of my watch. I found the process of purchasing and individualizing the watch online just as easy, if not easier, than buying from a jeweler or watch maker face to face. I ordered a mantle clock in a beautifully finished timber case with a gold coloured face and it matches our decor perfectly and it has a nice silent movement which is keeping perfect time. I also ordered one of the Countrymaster watches and wow, this is a solid magnificent looking watch with it's solid stainless steel case and band, the dial is easy to read and the hands glow at night so you can see the time in the dark, I had Adina adjust the stainless band to suit my wrist size and it fits perfectly and is so comfortable to wear, I feel very proud to be wearing the legend of Australian work watches, thank you Adina for supplying such amazing products!

I rang Grant about the Countryman Underground watch that was not in stock. After chatting with him, he arranged to have it made for me (a birthday gift). So easy to deal with. Great communication and helpful. Loved that these watches are handmade in Brisbane. Will definitely be buying more watches from Adina.

I mailed an abused watch to Adina with a request for a quote for the repairs. I was phoned with a quote which was excellent (from my point of view) & much cheaper than expected. Within a week from me accepting the quote another phone call was received to say that repairs were completed. Cash transfer and the watch is on its way home. At all times the personnel I dealt with were pleasant to talk with & helpful, giving the impression that they welcome my business & would do what they could to please. I would give them 10 / 10 for customer service. Many thanks all at Adina. Ian.

1st class customer service, very small company but they know what they're doing. Great presentation of watch. These watches are not the likes of Omega etc. but you still get very good quality for what you pay. Being a watchmaker, in my opinion it's worth having at least one!

The best watches in the world!! Really!!! Top it off with the most amazing customer service and I would have to ask why you would buy a watch from anyone else? My husband works on big farming equipment and he is rough on his watch, extremely rough. Adina watches are the only kind he will wear. They are virtually indestructible with their sapphire crystal. We live in the USA but our hearts are in Australia. I ordered a watch online for him for his birthday and I received it 3 days later!!!! I am not kidding!!!! I was shocked!!! I needed more links and contacted Greg and he posted them right away. I cannot day enough good things about these watches. I wish they were sold in the US but honestly, I’ll seek them out no matter where I live. Thank you for the high quality workmanship as well as customer service. First class in every aspect!!

I wanted to thank Grant at Adina for helping me purchase a watch for my 'hard to please' mother. Grant was able to suggest a style that suited mum and the purchase and prompt delivery time were amazing! The watch was chosen on Thursday and Mum had the package delivered the very next day.
